Yesterday I did half an hour on the treadmill, total distance 4km and running 2.2km of that. I also did 15min bike and a circuit if weights.
The day before I did the same, total distance 3.8km on the treadmill though and some core workouts added in.
Today I hurt! My body is definitely not used to running. But it’s going to learn to love it!
For the last little bit I’ve been eating much healthier, now I’m working on getting back into running. Yesterday I did 4km on the treadmill in half an hour. I think I’ll give my body a test today though.
By summer :
- I want to feel comfortable in a bikini.
- I want to be someone who goes for runs in the actually outside world
- I want to be 10kg lighter
Went for a bush walk with friends today. Expected worse. The view was great! Preparing for a huge bushwalk in the near future!
Keep hydrated during the day! I drink a lot of water every day, this water is a treat while I am studying today. An attempt at motivation. :P
Turns out that my gym changed the challenge this month. Damn. I hope planking does come up soon. I would love to give it a go!
Getting back into my gym and clean eating buzz. I’m on exams at the moment, and most students will know how easy it is to forget your goals and just eat whatever. Not good. Haha. But only one exam left and then I have two weeks off to really work on my routine!
No glandular fever. Woo. So happy.
Sick again. Will get back into planking when I can. :(
